I'm so glad you're here.

I'm the founder and educator behind Little Learners Lane, and I have been teaching for nine years across both classroom teaching and one-on-one tutoring, supporting children from Preschool through to Year 6.

After nearly nine years in education, I knew I wanted to create something that truly reflected my passion and values as an educator.

Throughout my teaching journey, I've had the privilege of working with so many incredible children, each with their own unique strengths, interests and learning styles. It reinforced my belief that every child deserves to feel seen, supported and valued, and that learning should never be a one-size-fits-all experience.

Little Learners Lane was created to provide a calm, nurturing and welcoming space where children feel safe to learn, ask questions, make mistakes and celebrate their achievements. My goal is to help children build confidence, develop lifelong learning skills and foster a genuine love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.

I also wanted to create a place where learning is engaging, hands-on and enjoyable. One of my favourite parts of teaching is creating meaningful learning experiences through interactive activities, creative resources and play-based opportunities that bring learning to life. I genuinely love designing new resources and finding creative ways to make learning exciting. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child's face light up when they're engaged, having fun and discovering they can do something they once found difficult.

More than anything, I wanted Little Learners Lane to be a place where every child feels encouraged, supported and proud of their progress, while families feel confident knowing their child is receiving personalised learning tailored to their individual needs.

Throughout my career, I've remained committed to ongoing professional learning to ensure I provide the highest quality education. I've completed professional development in THRASS, VCOP Writing, SMART Spelling, Little Learners Love Literacy and Giant Steps (Supporting Autistic Children in the Early Years), allowing me to use evidence-based teaching practices to support every child's learning journey.

I believe every child learns differently, and that's what makes teaching so special. I take the time to understand each child's individual strengths, interests and learning needs so every session is personalised, meaningful and engaging. My goal is to create a calm, supportive and positive environment where children feel confident to ask questions, take risks, celebrate their achievements and develop a genuine love of learning.
